Who we are
JTTT Travel Thailand is a licensed tour operator based in Chiang Rai, Thailand (TAT Licence 21/01119). We are the data controller for the information described on this page.
What we collect
Your name · email address · phone or WhatsApp number · your hotel and pickup area · tour date and number of travellers · anything you tell us yourself, such as dietary needs or mobility requirements.
We do not take card details on this website. There is nothing to pay when you book a day tour — you pay on the day. For multi-day programmes we send payment instructions separately.
Standard web information such as your approximate location, browser and the pages you looked at, collected through Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies.
Why we need it
- To run your tour — confirm your booking, know where to collect you and how many seats to hold.
- To reply to you — answer your questions and send your confirmation and pickup time.
- To keep our records — Thai accounting and tax rules require us to keep booking records.
- To improve the website and our advertising — see which pages and adverts actually help travellers find us.
Who else sees it

| Booking platforms | If you booked through Viator, GetYourGuide or an agency, they hold your details under their own privacy policy — we only receive what they pass to us. |
How long we keep it
Enquiries that never become bookings are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Confirmed bookings are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires, then removed.
Cookies
This website uses cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site still works normally without them.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights; in Thailand the PDPA does the same. Just email us and we will action it — normally within a few days, and at most within one month.
